Saturday Family Breakfast
ByLast Saturday was the monthly family breakfast at St. Marks Hall. Liz and Geoff head this up with a fantastic team of people. This last one i was asked to come and cook for the morning. Full English anyone!!! After breakfast the games begin and as usual there is a healthy sense of competition. It’s all good fun and very well natured.
This year the numbers have been quite high with about 30 breakfasts being made so the atmosphere is always good with this many people. Now for a saturday morning’s fun; 50p is not a bad price!Why do it? Well the reason is simple. Let’s bring family and community together, have some food and enjoy each other’s company. Simple i know but it has never disappointed in being a great time.
ialong with my family have really enjoyed the time we have spent together as a church family on saturday mornings. its a good time to experience gods love in a regular setting. jesus would love it im sure. everyone who comes i believe leaves in a better place than when they arrived. thank you to the fb team xx
