If I had more faith…..

On Thursday at house group we were set a simple task. To write on a small bit of paper and complete the sentence If i had more faith. We did this then folded them and placed them into the middle of the room. After exploring what faith meant to us we opened the pieces of paper and this is what we found:

If I had more faith…
… maybe I wouldn’t worry about things
…would I have more certainty in my actions?
…I’d be happy
…I’d be in trouble
…God would be seriously moving
…I would not fear anything
…I would be more obedient to react to God’s voice
…I would be more bold for Jesus
…I’d walk on water and move mountains
…I would give more
…I would believe the promises of God
…I would look for results and answers to prayer
…I would trust God for my future instead of trying to work things out for myself
…the seemingly impossible would be made possible
…I would be doing everything that Jesus did and even greater things
…it would be more than enough for all I need is faith as big as a mustard seed
…I would speak out more
…I would have more peace and worry less
…I would reach out to people more
…I would be less concerned about my future
…I would pray for more people to be healed and they would be
…would I see more miracles?
…I would share it more
…I would have a better idea of God’s plans for me
